SET-UP & DISMANTLING (MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT)

Booth set up: 27th of March from 16h00-19h00, otherwise on the 28th from 08h00 onwards.
Booth Dismantling: Exhibitors should start packing after the afternoon coffee break (around 17h30) on March 30th. All material must be fully packed and ready to the couriers come and pick up until 19h00.

SHIPPING GOODS TO YOUR STAND
Before shipping any items to your stand please make sure you get in touch with the official handling company, RESA EXPO LOGISTICS (contact below).
They will be happy to solve your doubts and offer their services for reception and delivery or unloading to stand of your materials.
Please note that the CCIB does not receive, customs clear or store incoming shipments. If you intend to ship goods directly to your stand, you need to be there in order to sign off the delivery note of your transport company.
RESA EXPO LOGISTICS store it and deliver it to your booth on the 27th. This service has charges. Shipping with this company the material can arrive 3 working days before the delivery to the booth.

For sending the material back you need to make sure the couriers come and pick it up until Thursday March 30 (19h00), unless you contact RESA EXPO LOGISTICS to take care of it.
We don’t take any responsibility on material left over.
