Millie was supposed to attend GRAPHENE 2017 and deliver a talk on “An Overall Perspective on 2D Materials”. Millie actively participated last year to GRAPHENE 2016 in Genoa (Italy) and once again her presence was overwhelming and her contribution to the conference so inspiring and outstanding.

We will miss her so much this year, but we dedicate this event to her memory and will give a tribute to her magnificent legacy in science and her so beautiful mind.

Millie´s spirit and humanity will remain forever in our hearts
