3) SET-UP & DISMANTLING (MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT)

Exhibitor Move-In: Monday, April 18th, 2017 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Tuesday, 19th from 08:00 AM onwards.

Exhibitor Move-out: Exhibitors should start packing after the morning coffee break (around 12 AM) on April 22nd. All material must be fully packed and ready to the couriers come and pick up on Friday, April 22nd, 2017 until 6:00 PM.
