Please note this year the exhibition will be only 3 days (25-27 June 2019), even thought the event will be 4 days.

- Logo of the company in the conference abstract book
- Logo, company`s short description (max. 100 words) and internet link at Graphene 2019 website

(Be aware that the organization reserves the right to relocate stands of 4m2)
 

 

VAT not included (21%) - Spanish VAT only applies to Spanish institutions

 

The organisation offers the possibility to overseas pavilions of inserting a brochure (ONE representative brochure of the pavilion) in conference bags.
Erection, dismantling and assembly fee not included. Electricity, daily cleaning and Hook Up Permit not included.

Cancellation Policy

Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before March 14, 2019.
If a cancellation is received between March 15, 2019 and April 30, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. 
No reimbursement will be made after April 30, 2019



Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 31, 2019. 
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 01, 2019 and April 30, 2019. 
No reimbursement will be made after April 30, 2019.
