- One wastebasket
- Electricity socket (220V)
- Daily cleaning
- Logo of the company in the conference abstract book
- Logo, company`s short description (max. 100 words) and internet link at Graphene 2016 website

(Be aware that the organization reserves the right to relocate stands of 4m2)
 

 

VAT not included (21%) - Spanish VAT only applies to Spanish institutions

 

The organisation offers the possibility to overseas pavilions of inserting a brochure (ONE representative brochure of the pavilion) in conference bags.
Erection, dismantling and assembly fee not included. Electricity, daily cleaning and Hook Up Permit not included.


      
 
 

Cancellation Policy

Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before February 22, 2016.
If a cancellation is received between February 23, 2016 and March 18, 2016, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. 
No reimbursement will be made after March 18, 2016.

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before December 28, 2015. 
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between December 29 and February 22, 2016. 
No reimbursement will be made after February 22, 2016.
